Information Governance Framework

Our IG Package provides a three month structured process across your organisation, leaving the organisation with the skills and knowledge required to form the base of a cross-organisation approach for Board, SIRO, Caldicott Guardian, IG Department, managers, clinicians and support staff. This program includes numerous in depth training days with ongoing support and coaching throughout.
The Framework includes:
- Board Briefing, with specific focus on corporate governance, SIRO and Caldicott Guardian
- IG Committee (development of Information Security Management System) in depth day
- Training the Trainers to develop IG training and awareness within your organisation, this is an in depth 2 day workshop with materials, tools which work and which have proven effectiveness in the workplace
- Advice and guidance on specific IG issues facing the PCT
- Coaching the trainers in awareness raising techniques using pre-prepared packages for: managers, clinicians, support staff and others-tailored to the specific needs of your organisation
- 100 x 2 posters (confidentiality and data protection; new powers under the DPA 1998); 100 sets of postcards for awareness raising or licensing agreement for you to print your own
- Follow up and guidance over a three month period post the initiative
